I. Telehealth & Concierge Services

We are an evidence-based practice.  


A formal patient-clinician privilege is not established until a patient signs the above consent form & is accepted.   


Client privilege remains exclusive to your clinician of choice and specific to the consult and/or service requested. A new consent form must be signed before every appointment. 

 

No subscriptions.  No membership fees.  No surprise billing.

II. Clinical Consultations

New Patients:  The consultations provided by this practice are exclusive to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  You must be present within the state of Massachusetts at the time of the appointment.  All patients must schedule a Telehealth visit first, prior to arranging any in person appointments, if deemed necessary or requested. 


If the practice is not accepting new clients at the time of scheduling, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified when an opening becomes available.   


For waitlisted clients, intake forms remain confidential – enhanced privacy protections via AES-256 (keys managed via AWS KMS), encryption in transit via TLS 1.2.  


We do not provide outpatient emergency services, in the event of an emergency please dial 911 and/or visit your local emergency department.

IV. Your Labs, Simplified.

Wholesale Pricing:  We find the best rates, with the greatest accessibility, so that you don’t have to.    


Convenience:  We have a network of over 30 laboratory organizations across Massachusetts, including a mobile phlebotomist that can come directly to you.  


Flexible Payments:  HSA/FSA eligible and interest-free payment plans are available at checkout.  How It Works: You’ll receive an e-mail and text with a secure "link"– no password required.  


The Checkout:  You’ll pay for your labs up front (no surprise billing), confirm your address, and select the nearest location.   


The Results:  We’ll notify you the moment your results are ready.

V. Insurance & Payment Options

Private-Pay:  A good faith estimate (GFE) for service will be provided to you subsequent to acceptance and prior to any appointment. Please schedule at least 3 business days in advance if you wish to receive a GFE.


Referral:  None Required


MassHealth:  Health Plans Accepted:  Community Care Cooperative, MassHealth, Primary Care Clinician Plan, Revere Health Choice

Pro-Bono Services:  As part of our commitment to equity in quality healthcare access, this service offers up to 25% of its Telehealth consults pro bono for qualifying applicants.

We are currently not accepting commercial payors for outpatient consultations, please submit to be placed on a priority notification waitlist.

VI. Platform Compliance

Encryption:  AES-256 (keys managed via AWS KMS), encryption in transit via TLS 1.2.


Infrastructure:  Multiple layers of encryption and secure cloud infrastructure controls are maintained.  


Access Control:  Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is available for account logins. Secure messaging is fully encrypted to meet HIPAA compliance standards.  


Incident Response:  Documented incident response and subsequent notification of those impacted without undue delay (within 72 hours, where required by law).


Security:  The practice is all-in-one, and protected by AES-256 – ensuring your records remain under an exclusive patient-clinician privilege.  


Prescriptions:  The outbound prescribing gateway utilizes NIST-compliant IAL2 identity proofing, ensuring that credentials are cryptographically bound to the verified clinician to prevent identity spoofing and unauthorized access.   


Partnerships:  Our trusted SaaS partner ecosystem is currently comprised exclusively of firms located in North America & New Zealand. Your records remain confidential, under an exclusive patient-clinician privilege and are never merged with any other patient.


VII. Anesthesia Services

Facilities:  Facility-based B2B services are provided strictly via written contracts with mutually agreed upon terms.  


This PLLC maintains no standing service obligations to facilities in the absence of a signed, active service contract nor does any 3rd party facility represent the organization. 


Non-Operating Room Anesthesia:  If you are interested in a contract of any type, please submit a proposal.
